Our establishment is not subject to the legal obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) within the meaning of Article 37 of the GDPR. No DPO has therefore been formally appointed at this time.

3. Data collected

We collect the following data:

• Through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), message.
• Through the D-Edge booking system: data necessary for the reservation (contact details, dates, payment).
• Through cookies (with your consent): anonymised browsing data (Google Analytics via GTM).

4. Purposes of processing

• To respond to your contact requests (legal basis: legitimate interest).
• To manage your reservations (legal basis: performance of a contract).
• To analyse site audience and improve performance (legal basis: consent).

5. Cookies

This site uses cookies. On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept or refuse non-essential cookies (Google Analytics). This choice is managed by our consent management platform Axeptio.

6. Retention period

• Contact data: 3 years from the last contact.
• Reservation data: 10 years (accounting and tax obligations).
